For writers who want one-on-one attention and mentorship, as well as helpful and thoughtful edits for whatever book project you’re working on (I have experience working in fiction, nonfiction, memoir, self help, and guidebooks), this is the option for you. Whether you are in the beginning stages of writing a book and only have an idea in your head, or you’ve been working on a draft for years, I can help you lay the groundwork for your project in terms of setting career and project goals, outlining, identifying your ideal audience, and finding an agent.
By utilizing my skills as a coach, you will save time and energy and maximize your efforts when it comes to the many moving parts of becoming a published author such as revisions, building a writing portfolio, drafting and submitting query letters, and more. You will also get insider input into how to choose the right agent for you, and how to stay on the writerly path with confidence and skill.
*3-month minimum agreement required for Core and Premium tiers
Core Book Coaching Program: $200
-Includes once a month 1 hour sessions
-Includes a one-time 20 minutes follow up call to discuss any topic desired by the coachee
-Additional sessions can be purchased as needed
Premium Book Coaching Program: $500
-Includes two 1 hour sessions per month
-Includes a one-time 30 minutes follow up call
-Coach will provide feedback in an editorial letter at the end of the 3 months to troubleshoot and assess next steps.
Short-Term Guided Book Coaching: $6,000
This is a condensed, proven program to help you write and edit your book. You’ll get coaching, yes, but also support, editing, and publishing expertise to take the guesswork out of it and save you time and money in the long run. This program is for anyone who wants to write their book and make sure their writing is of the highest quality before submitting to journals, agents, and/or publishers.

What’s included:
-I’ll walk you through each step of your book, from outlining, book structure, word count goals, plot structure, and more;
-After you complete the outline, I’ll review that and any other writing you have done thus far to help make sure you are on the right path for the book;
-We’ll set a schedule, which I’ll help keep you accountable for with weekly check-ins via email and optional google drive submissions;
-Monthly consultation calls (45 minutes each) to answer your questions and help you stay on track (6 calls total, however, if you wish to space them out differently than 1/month, that’s up to you). Consultation calls can be used to discuss roadblocks or troubleshoot anything you’re facing in the manuscript, or to review a chapter or excerpt;
-A complete content edit of your draft including high-level developmental notes and line edits, plus an editorial letter to leave you in good shape for your next draft;
-Tips and techniques for submitting to literary journals, residencies, and agents.
