Manuscript Consultation

For complete manuscripts (this includes the genres of literary fiction, speculative fiction, memoir, YA fiction, and mixed-genre work, as well as shorter essays and short stories) I will do a full read and then provide you with a 1-hour phone/zoom conversation and an editor's letter that will outline themes, structural edits, and craft elements (time, point of view, voice, characterization, structure, etc.) to work on for your revisions. I will also provide you with a list of relevant craft articles/essays/books to read to strengthen your work.
-For line edits, we can also negotiate an additional fee.
-Any additional consultations/coaching after the initial hour, the price is $200/hour.
Note: Payment must be made as an initial deposit of $200 before work begins; thereafter it may be paid in full, or in installments, the timeline of which we can negotiate.
